Premier Healthcare Clinic is conveniently located on the corner of 119th Street and South Western Avenue in Southwest Oklahoma City/West Moore, Oklahoma.  We provide family primary care services with an after-hours clinic.  We are currently accepting new patients, and although it is preferred to make an appointment, walk-ins are always welcome.

  We will support our patients in crucial medical decisions about their health care options and provide a customized treatment plan for every individual as needed. We focus on Health-Care, not Illness-Care. We actively collaborate with our patients to help them make healthy choices in regard to life-style, nutrition, supplements, and prevention of illness. However, when sickness strikes, we will focus on getting you back to optimal health through the use of conventional medicine and alternative options

 

  At Premier Healthcare, patients will have online access to the Patient Portal to make online appointments, review medical records, see lab results, and send messages to their provider.

 

  Our opening hours provide flexible options for patients with busy schedules. We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am till 6:00 pm, but will be closed for lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30 pm. On Fridays we are open from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
