Cash-pay:

For those that do not have insurance, or wish to pay cash for their visit, there is a flat fee of $129 for a visit. If additional tests/services are required, (i.e. labs, bloodwork, vaccinations, immunizations, X-ray, etc.) there will be an additional fee charged. Before any additional services are completed, your provider will discuss these charges with you during your visit.

 

Membership Option:

 

Instead of paying the “cash-fee” of $129 per visit, patients can opt for the “Membership Option”. When a patient selects this option, a low monthly fee of $75 per person will allow the patient unlimited access to the clinic. Instead of paying $129 every time a visit is needed, one can pay a monthly fee of $75 to waive this fee. 

The Membership option is a 12-month agreement.

If any additional tests/services are required, (i.e. labs, bloodwork, vaccinations, immunizations, X-ray, etc.) there will still be an additional fee charged. Before any additional services are completed, your provider will discuss these charges with you during your visit.
