OUR CLINIC
Premier Healthcare Clinic is conveniently located on the corner of 119th Street and South Western Avenue in Southwest Oklahoma City/West Moore, Oklahoma. We provide family primary care services with an after-hours clinic. We are currently accepting new patients, and although it is preferred to make an appointment, walk-ins are always welcome.
Our opening hours provide flexible options for patients with busy schedules. We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am till 7:30 pm, but will be closed for lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30 pm. On Fridays we are open from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

At Premier Healthcare patients will have online access to the Patient Portal to make online appointments, review medical records, lab results and send messages to their provider.
Our opening hours provide flexible options for patients with a busy schedule. We are open from Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am till 7:30 pm but will be closed for lunch from 12:30 till 1:30 pm. Fridays we are open from 8:00 am till 1:00 pm & Saturdays from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm.
